CLIENT
Established almost 20 years ago our Client provides tailored recruitment services within Retail Sales, FMCG and Marketing Sectors. This ensures the highest levels of quality and accuracy in their work, guaranteeing a shortlist matched to their Clients requirements. They have recently invested a significant amount in their IT. This is a well established team and client base who are growing aggressively.
ROLE
Due to expansion our Client is looking to appoint a Retail Consultant. This exciting and rewarding role has responsibilities for managing the whole process. You will gain vacancies, source Candidates, arrange interviews and make a perfect introduction to the Clients with your best shortlist who meet the job specification.
CANDIDATE
• Minimum 3 years successful track record in Permanent Recruitment ideally gained within Retail recruitment or a related sector • Have a track record of delivering a min 120k annual margin • Good team player, hardworking and enthusiastic • Excellent communication skills – telephone and face to face
