Credit Control (Contract) Our client is a leading Industry Organization based in Dublin. They currently have an excellent contract opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team on an 18 month contract.RoleThe purpose of this role is to take responsibility for providing credit management and accounts receivable functions for a defined set of customer accounts. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in:Ensuring all cash collection processes are executed in accordance to credit policy (including returned cheques/debits)Reconciliation of Open Item accounts on an ongoing basis in order to facilitate customer paymentsManagement of Credit Held Orders based on Credit policyManaging the credit relationship with customers and assessing credit worthiness of new customer account applicationsProviding Commercial Team with up to date data on customer credit performanceManage delinquent accounts through the legal process up to outsourcing to external legal bodiesAd hoc projects to potentially include:Commercial team education programmeFormalization of payment plan process160;160;Qualifications and Experience RequiredLeaving certificate standard (must include pass grade in Maths at Ordinary level)2-3 years Accounts Receivable experience, with exposure to credit management.Account reconciliation experience.Strong organization skills and numeric ability.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Self starter with ability to work with min supervisionEffective multi-tasker with the ability to focus on key priorities160;Strong eye for detail and sees task through to completionAbility to build effective working relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders160;For further information please contact Karl Treacy on 01160;6401960 or email your CV in confidence
