Fund Accounting Team Leader160;Our client was founded in 1990 by professionals with over 30 years experience in international investment banking, corporate finance and fund administration. Role The role of the Team Leader is to review all funds that are assigned to the team, in line with Fund documentation. The Team leader will ensure that the workflows as agreed with the Fund Accounting Manager are implemented.160; The Team leader is responsible for planning, organising and controlling the daily/weekly output of the team. The Team leader will ensure that all performance reviews take place on time and that training plans are in place for all team members. The level of client satisfaction and the level of team development as measured through the review process shall be the indicators of success. The Team Leader will produce weekly status reports as agreed with the Operations Manager. The Team Leader shall contribute effectively at weekly team meetings and shall participate fully in the planning process. The Team Leader shall participate as requested in client meetings etc. and shall deputise for the FAM where the FAM is unable to attend. The Team Leader will ensure that all team members are kept up-to-date with developments in the company.
