Savings and Investments Retention AgentOur client is a high performing team, which specialises in commercial lending for property related transactions.Opportunities A number of excellent career opportunities currently exist within the Retention team for an experienced savings and investments advisor.This successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive retention of Savings and Investments Members, by actively contacting members and addressing the reasons behind a possible move to a competitor within the savings market. ResponsibilitiesHandle Member telephone queries in a professional, courteous and efficient mannerProactive contact of Savings and Investment Members as part of outbound sales campaigns.Ensure that all calls are handled accurately and professionally within the agreed service standards.Liaise and support branch network in the active retention and identification of at risk Savings and Investment accounts.160; Handle Member complaints in an efficient and courteous manner and liaise with Member Relations and other relevant functions within EBS as required.Maintain an awareness of changing market conditions and competitive product options with support from the Member Retention Unit Team Leader.160;Candidate160;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal/written.Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.Desire to anticipate, meet and exceed customer expectations.Identify additional savings needs and refer where appropriate to our branch network for financial reviews.Excellent knowledge of the savings, investments and stock market.
