Investor Relations ManagerPrestigious boutique firm based in Dublin 4 specialising in the structuring, development and syndication of large-scale property deals is seeking a high calibre qualified ACA/ACCA to work as a Manager in its Asset Management and Investor Relations team. Responsibilities will include: Management of investor relations (i.e. dealing with ongoing queries from investors regarding the performance of their investments, tax and financial queries arising on their investments and liaising with clients’ Accountants/Tax Advisers etc) Financial and ongoing reporting to clients on the performance of their investments (this involves the preparation of periodic reports and property accounts/tax computations for clients). Co-ordination of deal execution (this involves working with the in-house Project Managers with regard to the circulation of legal documentation, collection of signed documentation and investor monies). Presentation of new property investment opportunities to clients.160;Experience, skills and qualifications required:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or similar qualification). Demonstrate a strong knowledge and/or interest in the property market. Highly organized with a strong positive attitude and work ethic. Ability to multi task, work on own initiative and to tight deadlines. Have the ability to develop strong client relationships. Drive, enthusiasm and team player skills are fundamental. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to delegate and follow-up work activities in a timely and efficient manner. Ability and confidence to deal with high net worth investors and present property investment opportunities to them.
