Compliance ConsultantOverview : Reporting directly to the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance , Ireland you will be tasked with developing a robust compliance culture and providing assurance to senior management that tight regulatory requirements are being met.Key responsibilities : Assist management in developing and maintaining robust regulatory processes and procedures. Undertake compliance monitoring of all business areas. Provide compliance consultancy to all areas of the business, covering everyday queries, corporate projects and business initiatives. Assess compliance breaches and risks, recommend suitable remedial action and work with the business areas to ensure all issues are adequately resolved.160;160;160;160;160; Analyse regulatory change and communicate with the relevant business areas. Assist in the production of management information and regulatory reports for senior members of staff and members of the local executive.Requirements : Successful applicants will have at least 4 years experience from a compliance environment with a financial Services institution preferably from Fund Services or Life Assurance/Pensions sector. Strong compliance awareness and knowledge of both UK and Irish regulations being a must.
