This role is within the Finance & Operational Effectiveness group, which160; specialises in:Shared Services advisory - advising on the set-up of all aspects of mainly cross-border finance-orientated shared services centres. Our client also provides strategic advice ranging from the tax and regulatory aspects, the selection or adaptation of ERP systems through to executive search to fill key roles.160;Outsourcing advisory - assisting clients on all aspects of the end to end outsourcing lifecycle, including the commercial structure, supplier selection and supporting the migration of the incumbent service to the external service provider. They collaborate with an associated law firm on the legal aspects surrounding the commercial negotiations.Cost Reduction & Profit Improvement – identification of sustainable cost reduction initiatives including process improvement and the re-structuring of organisational structures.Value Add Project Management – manage projects for their clients which relate to the improvement of their financial and operational effectiveness.Other services include Supply Chain Management, Working Capital Management and the application of Six Sigma principles to eliminate process deficiencies and improve operational performance. 160;All of their services draw on process re-engineering of business processes and optimisation in complex or fast-changing environments.Specific areas of responsibility:Prepare and present proposals for new client work;160;Manage projects to deadlines and budgets;160;Manage stakeholder expectations on an ongoing basis, both internally and towards clients;Undertake market research covering the key market sectors/target clients for the group;Carry out research and compilation work on surveys including preparation of t
