Transaction Services ManagersOur client, a prestigious 'Big 4' firm, provides M&A support to clients throughout transactions, ranging from pre-deal support to deal completion and post deal integration or separation. In particular, they assist their clients to buy businesses, sell businesses and finance their businesses. About the role:The successful candidate will use their professional knowledge and insight to form rigorous and robust opinions to help their client form key decisions about their deal. He/she will learn and understand a lot about their client’s business, evaluating the entire value chain for that business proposition. As well as investigating the financial aspects of the business, it is imperative that the commercial, strategic and operational elements underpinning it are aslo assessed.Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain outstanding specialised skills in a deal driven environment. You will gain exposure to some of the largest and high profile due diligence deals in Ireland. The role will involve liaising with multinational and multi-disciplinary teams across the world. Together with financial due diligence, the engagement will involve tax due diligence, tax structuring, involvement with Forensic staff, pensions review and strategic and commercial intelligence, all working together to provide the client with a unique and tailored service to support the deal decision. TS Managers/Directors will be expected to play an integral part in the business development initiatives of the department.
