We urgently seek an Accounts Payable Clerk with SAP experience to be responsible for accurately posting invoices onto the SAP system whilst checking the details against the purchase orders. Reporting to the Interim Payments Manager, you'll be someone with purchase ledger experience already. In particular, you'll know how to use word, excel and how to input information into databases with real accuracy and speed. A good communicator and team player, you'll also have a proactive and 'can do' approach to your work. Our Facilities Management Client currently requires a Payments Supervisor. The post holder will supervise and manage the accounts payable department, who are responsible for invoice processing, payments and weekly payroll. Previous experience within a similar role and FM environment is desired combined with an AAT Intermediate or Technician qualification, proven track record in people management (training, appraisals, disciplinaries, recruitment), and working knowledge of weekly payroll (large volumes). An understanding of CIS Inland Revenue rules and JD Edwards experience would be advantageous.
